Latitude59 big wins go to Granarium, Backoffice and Dogbase
TALLINN - Finnish Granarium won the largest award at Latitude59 pitching competition, with Backoffice and Dogbase winning other awards.
Finland's Granarium, the maker of renewable supercapacitors for grid-scale power stabilisation, received a 200,000-euro investment offer from business angel networks.
“A key structural shift is that storage is no longer just a 'backup power’ - it is becoming core grid infrastructure. Granarium is the perfect addition to our angel investment portfolio because the company is solving a massive global challenge in a safe and scalable way,” said lead investor Jana Budkovskaja.
Backoffice, a workforce management tool for restaurants, was awarded a 150,000 euros investment offer from FIRSTPICK VC.
Dogbase, AI platform for working-dog team training and performance, won 100,000 euros investment offer from business angel networks.
“I believe our investors have found new superstars for their portfolios, while the founders will gain not only investment but also professional and committed partners who are ready to contribute to their success," said Latitude59 CEO Liisi Org.
